The overall impression of the stay at the hotel was very good. Great location, unique view from the window, rooms cleaned daily, towels changed regularly, ironing board and iron available in the room, Luggage storage is available but charges apply at $2 per bag.

1)We really appreciate the position of the hotel in the middle of centre and really good connection with subway and a lot of bar breakfast around,that make this hotel very nice for the position 2) the view is fantastic like that u can enjoy the morning and evening!! 3) the bed is so so comfortable and big that for us is the basic to have good bed! 4)A big thank you for housekeeping for the very clean room and cleaning every day and make the bed that’s very nice!!!! 5) the hotel is so close to the twin towers♥️♥️

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown, just steps away from several metro stations. Nearby, there's an amazing bar where you can enjoy a beer or a meal. A NYC gift shop on the corner of the building makes souvenir shopping incredibly convenient. My room had a breathtaking view of One World Trade Center, truly capturing the essence of living in NYC—with a million-dollar view to match

The location of the hotel is great with all the subway lines nearby. Rooms are big for New York. The hotel is really clean and confortable. It was my second time in two years in this hotel and it didn't disappoint me. I have to say that I don't really understand all the bad comments.

Location was prime. Right in the heart of lower Manhattan and walking distance to so many attractions. Plenty of access to the subway too and the rooms have a brilliant view on the World Trade Center.

Exceptional location. Safe environment. The hotel room had a wonderful view. The nearest metro station is just 100 meters from the hotel. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, big TV screen. Excellent WIFI. Polite staff.
